Ayurvedic Alchemy™ Certification Agreement & Terms 

Effective 1/1/2021to present day 

 This Certification Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Victoria K. Mann, founder of Ayurvedic Alchemy™ and Next Level Happy™ (“Company”), and the enrolling participant (“Participant”).

 

By enrolling in the Ayurvedic Alchemy™ Certification Program (“Program”), Participant agrees to the following terms:

 

 

 

 

1. Program Nature and Purpose

 

 

Ayurvedic Alchemy™ Certification is a professional education and spiritual development program rooted in traditional Ayurvedic philosophy, meditation practices, and holistic lifestyle principles.

 

The Program is educational in nature and provides training within the proprietary Ayurvedic Alchemy™ methodology.

 

 

 

 

2. No Medical or Psychological License

  

Participant understands and agrees that:

 

• The Program does not provide medical, psychological, or healthcare licensure.

• The Program does not authorize diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

• The Program does not authorize prescribing medication or providing psychotherapy.

• The Program is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

 

Participants and future clients of Participants should consult licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

 

Nothing in this Program creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or licensed healthcare relationship.

 

 

 

 

3. Scope of Certification

 

 

Upon successful completion of Program requirements, Participant may refer to themselves as a:

 

Certified Ayurvedic Alchemy™ Practitioner

 

This certification:

 

• Is privately issued by Victoria K. Mann

• Reflects completion of training in this proprietary methodology

• Does not imply government accreditation or state licensure

• Does not authorize practice beyond applicable legal scope in Participant’s jurisdiction

 

Participant is solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws governing their professional activities.

 

 

4. Participant Responsibility

  

Participant acknowledges that:

 

• Participation is voluntary.

• They are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

• They assume full responsibility for how they apply the teachings of the Program.

• They are responsible for operating ethically and legally in their own business.

 

5. No Income or Results Guarantee

 The Company makes no guarantees regarding income, business success, client results, or personal transformation.

 Results depend on individual effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside Company control.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All Program materials, including but not limited to:

 

• Training content

• Videos

• Written materials

• Frameworks

• Methodology

• Branding

• Worksheets

 

Are the intellectual property of Victoria K. Mann and Next Level Happy™.

 

Participant may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, sublicense, or modify Program materials without written permission.

 

Certification does not grant ownership of the Ayurvedic Alchemy™ methodology.

 

7. Payment and Refund Policy

 

By enrolling, Participant agrees to the stated payment terms at checkout.

8. Code of Conduct


 

Participant agrees to:

 

• Maintain professional and ethical standards

• Not misrepresent their certification

• Not claim to diagnose or treat medical conditions

• Not engage in unlawful or harmful conduct

 

Company reserves the right to revoke certification if Participant materially violates these terms.


  

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

 

Participant agrees that their sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of participation.

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

11. Agreement and Consent

 

By purchasing this offer and enrolling in the Ayurvedic Alchemy™ Certification Program, Participant confirms that they:

 

• Have read this Agreement in full

• Understand its terms

• Agree voluntarily

• Accept legal responsibility for their participation
